In addition to analyses, our staff provides consulting services aimed at delivering value-added information and knowledge to clients involved in the information technology sector. Our consulting services include:

• strategy and concept development;
• process analysis;
• BPR (Business Process Reengineering), design and implementation of business processes;
• business consulting.

Proposal writing

As an extension of our core services, we got involved in proposal writing in 2004. Several staff members completed the Multiplicator Training Program of the Hungarian Ministry of Economy and Transport and are consequently included in the Ministry’s register of certified proposal writers. They are supported by qualified experts, including the team of GKI Economic Research Co., our parent company. This ensures that our staff provides products and services of the highest standard in areas requiring specialized expertise outside our company’s core competency as well. Our proposal development office offers the following services:

• monitoring domestic and EU grant opportunities,
• grant search based on specific criteria, analysis and adaptation of RFPs to the individual needs of businesses,
• proposal consulting,
• project preparation and planning,
• feasibility studies,
• preparation of proposal documentation
• project management (reports, budget plans)
• project-related administrative tasks (contract adjustments, project status reports)
• participation in public procurement processes supporting either the bidder or the procurer.
